I’ve just returned home from a week’s vacation on Lake Bomoseen in Vermont.
A week of swimming and kayaking. . .
hiking. . .
picking blueberries . . .
watching thunderstorms roll in . . .
watching the great blue heron fish off the docks in the evening. . .
and eating plums and cider doughnuts from the farm stand.
Weeding and watering resume tomorrow. . .
I don’t see any cider doughnuts…. Oh, you ate them all. Nice pics.
Haha, the doughnuts didn’t last long enough to get their picture taken!
Wonderful vacation….that lake looks so inviting!
So, what are you doing with the blueberries?
My niece and I made a big batch of blueberry jam, some went into some pancakes, and the last of them went into a crumble along with some peaches for dessert. Now I wish we had picked more!
Looks like a fabulous week! Thanks for sharing.
I looks and sounds like you had a terrific vacation. New England is so beautiful.
Lovely! Thanks for sharing
